Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days after receipt of you product. If 7 days have passed since your purchase and received, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns/ Replacements
- In case of manufacturing defect, we shall replace the product, provided that the product must be unused with no stain in the body and the packaging must be unworn and without any flaws.
- The product must include all accessories, user manual, warranty cards, etc. which are included in the package.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the parcel packaging is opened then it must be repackaged without damaging or putting tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
Valid reasons to return an item
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
- Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)
- Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / you do not like the product after opening the package) – eligible for selected products only
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Bank/bkash/Nagad account, within a certain amount of days.
Issuance of Refunds
- If your product is eligible for a refund, you can contact us and claim for the refund. The shipping fee will be deducted while processing your refund, in case the product is shipped to you.
- Ideally you can claim for refund after we receive the returned product. The money to be refunded shall be sent to you through bkash/Nagad.
- Time required to complete a refund may be 5-7 days.
- Please note that this policy may varry for products without warranty.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/bkash/Nagad account again.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at “support@supertoolsbd.com”
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at “support@supertoolsbd.com” and send your item to: 4/2, Gobindapur, Jatrabari, Dhaka.
Shipping returns
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4/2, Gobindapur, Jatrabari, Dhaka.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
